As we face the biggest crisis our nation has ever faced, events and media coverage are more polarizing than ever, which is deeply regrettable. It turns out, in my not so humble opinion, what we need as a society isn’t problem spotting (be it cultural, policy, or E&P balance sheets) but problem solving, collaboration and rebuilding.  We will get there, but much work must be done.

When I started the #hottakeoftheday in November 2018, I never would have imagined what it would become, and for that I am so grateful to everyone who has shared season 1 with me.  I am so appreciative of everyone who let me into their lives for 2 minutes a day (best ever!?  That’s what she said).

As an industry and society, we are at a point where we no longer need daily warnings of perils to come.  We are there, and they are here. We need solutions. So, this is the last post of season 1.  I can’t wait for season 2.
