We pivot from the choices of consumption- that politicians and activists alike don’t like to talk about- to production where in some small part; I feel very qualified to discuss.

I like fact driven debate with stats and data and testimonials- as much or more than anyone else who chooses not to watch broadcast news. And as tonight unfolded as the time to write my Hottake approached – I thought about all the ways I could make this point. 

But I realized I have 20 years of experience. In Canada and the US. Producing oil and natural gas.  Conventional.  Waterfloods. EOR. Horizontals.  Everywhere and in every way.

And where we do it, we do safely with the highest priority on getting our employees and contractors home to their loved ones at the end of the day. And where we do it, we take every precaution to do it environmentally and meet or exceed with every regulation. No industry focuses more on safety, human health and providing clean, economical energy than the Oil and Gas industry.  

So. In part 3.  Production. You NEED electricity and fuel. I want it produced in North America because I know the people that make it.
